We are a full service travel agency that can help with all your group’s needs and provide on site assistance for dealing with everything from lost luggage to planning an impromptu celebration for a special occasion.
We are led by RN Kathy Speer Shoaf who has 20+ years medical experience and every single cruise includes 24/7 support by Kathy and additional RNs traveling with the group. We are also equipped to advise on each destination’s requirements regarding COVID tests and vaccinations.
Our Elite staff is comprised of experienced caregivers and we can accommodate groups that require extra assistance or are prepared to bring their own staff along for the journey. We can also provide staff for accompanied flights, private care for individuals, accompanied excursions, and more.
We are experts at what we do because we’ve seen and experienced every situation. We know that sometimes medications can be lost with luggage, flights can be missed, names can be misspelled, jackets can be left on a bus, sleepless nights can be had, time changes can be confusing, and there’s the occasional day where nothing seems to go right. We’re always nearby to jump in and assist so your group can continue enjoying themselves while we take care of the details.
We also provide travel advice, packing lists, luggage handling, transportation/cabin checks, and more services that are geared towards preventing any stress-inducing situations for our travelers.
